You know as a Christian, I experience what Karla said a lot. Whenever I fast, I tend to get tempted to watch videos about food. It just shows how attached we are to food, the enemy wants us to only focus on food and our bellies, even though food is important, we are filled by God. 💗
Same as a Muslim lol we are required to fast (even water) for 30 days (Ramadan) so we can give our bodies a reset and focus on other things such as prayer and maintaining a patient attitude/character until sundown where we can then eat but not indulge.
