Fries, Virginia Virtual Visit on the New River Trail

In today's episode we visit the small community of Fries, Virginia. This little hidden gem sits right on the New River and has a long history around the river, railroad, and a mill.
Today, Fries is a wonderful location for quite getaways to enjoy time either riding along-side the river or floating down it. Enjoy some great food at the cafe and some ice cream from an old Norfolk and Western caboose!
