I initially ran the Pirelli Diable tyres and were very happy with their grip. However they suffered from tearing which could not be eliminated. I tried tyre pressures from 22 to 30psi with no improvement. Their short life made then too expensive to run. The SC2 tyre was a little better in life than the SC1.
This video is after my first trackday with the Dunlop Alpha 13's. They look like they will last much longer, they seem to have worn very well. I was running very similar lap times.
The data overlay and video was created in RaceRender 2. The data was recorded using the trackmaster android phone app on my Samsung Galaxy S2 using the internal 1Hz GPS unit (the phone was in the DRZ toolkit on the rear fender).

by the looks of the SC2 rear tyre you're suffering from a suspension setup problem, looks like rebound damping due to the intermittent tear around the tyre, it could also be shock spring tear (too soft) as it looks like you're putting too much weight to the rear tyre.
try making the compression damping harder & rebound damping slower, another is to add a bit more preload to the rear shock.

OR, simply that his tyre pressures were too high for SC's. It appears to be Cold Tear which happens due to high tyre pressure and it is very unsafe on the track.
