That poor baby's developing ears, with or without ear plugs, cannot be good for that child. Plus, being placed on the ground with jumping (dancing) people nearby, which could be a horrific incident that can happen at any time, whether or not this parent is prepared to protect this child at any given time.
After seeing this news it has infuriated me b/c that young toddler was not able to protect and defend itself from any potential injuries and harm, therefore in my deepest opinion, I feel that irresponsible idiotic parent should be 'criminally charged', or at the very least be 'fined', in order to be used as an example or set a precedent within the Courts. So that way, any others who may want to do the same irresponsible behaviour, will now not be able to do so, esp once a precedent is set in order by the Courts!

I was there and saw it happen from the stands. Bunch of people turned on flashlights and got security over there. Took like 10 minutes though

It wasn't left on the floor. There were clearly caretakers right around the child. Now the baby should've been left with someone at home. But you make it seem as if the baby was left on the floor without anyone around.
