I love these and I need more! I'm a practicing nurse at a long-term care facility, and my fear is I will lose my skills in nursing prioritization, diagnosing and quick intervention.. I'm turning to these videos to make sure I stay sharp in this area, so that I am prepared when I get a job in a hospital.. thank you for making these!!

Your explanation is helpful and the verbal description of this SKINNY Reasoning case study may take 15 to 20 minutes but doing these 4-6 page worksheets is a tedious time sink. Many of the sections are repetitive and the diagnostic data are never listed with units. I need some Albutaball just to get through these worksheets.

Hi. I wanted to know if you know of any resources that can help me pass my Respiratory therapy clinical simulation exam. I really like the way present your case studies and I would like to find a resource that presents the information kind of like you do. Thank you so much.

Dionna Walton I have many more case studies including an excellent respiratory topic on COPD/pneumonia on my website Keithrn.com that can help you. Go to the clinical reasoning case studies button on my homepage. The unfolding reasoning is my most complex and would have the most information on this topic that can help you. Good luck on your studies and I wish you success in all that you do!

Don’t think your average nurse has this knowledge, guess system at fault. You rarely get to see the same nurse or doctor once admitted.
