Thank you. The problem is youre not starting from the scratch and we can not replicate it , do it ourself.Because 1. we do not have csv file and information about those 6 samples. If you can share in the information part, it will be really helpful. 2. that atc112... library , i have no idea how to install. If you could start from them , it would be very helpful. 3. where we can obtain that text file how did you download ? where the name comes from? Thanks
Hi @fs7463 Yes, I am aware of this issue. I plan on making a github page in the near future (December?) when my academic responsibilities ease up. I hope to post all the raw data needed for the analysis for everyone to use. I did not expect as many people to be interested in my videos as there has been, so I am a little behind in creating it, but it is a top priority for my channel!
