to be fair the Hurricane is similar to bmws B58, which is proven to be very reliable and bmw uses it in nearly there the whole lineup, and they use the ZF 8 spd, just like the mopars. Hopefully the Hurricane has tuning potential like the B58 since the B58 wakes up with very little mods.
I’m impressed with it and it takes a lot to impress me a lot! Point in 1999 when I was stationed overseas in Japan I bought an R 32 Godzilla GTR I didn’t like the stock performance much so I put a HKST 51 special ball, bearing turbo charger on it, which gave me about 860 hp on low boost. I raced top-secret which you can see on my channel on Japan races playlist, and I got Near his rear bumper and everybody else that ever raised him lost by 15+ car length.
