Or did you mean 2 rooms (in a flat) will share 1 washroom?
Also, does each flat have their own communal area and kitchen?

there are 12 rooms per accom, all 12 people will share a kitchen/communal area, each floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so 2 rooms will share a bathroom
