Works on gorilla glue stuck on fingers too😊. 100% Acetone can work too on non porous surfaces, like counter tops but you need to let it sit and soak for a bit, then scrape it off.
Yes, thank you, this is an effective way of removing Gorilla glue from fingers and hands, in addition to normal super glue and Krazy glue. It happens to be the fastest and most healthy way to remove glue from your skin. As far as acetone, you know what else is porous besides the countertops you mention? Your skin! Good luck soaking your fingers or whole hand in acetone to remove glue. On top of that, you know how strong the smell of a bowl of acetone would be? The fumes you'd inhale are way worse than a little glue stuck to your fingers. Moreover, it would take a long time because I know that simply rubbing the glue with acetone on a paper towel does not work to remove super glue and krazy glue from one's hands. Thanks for the tip re: countertops and thank you for confirming that this method of glue removal also works on Gorilla Glue. All three types are annoying, but at least Gorilla Glue doesn't dry as quickly as Krazy glue and super glue.

I'm glad this little trick to remove super glue worked for you. The problem with nail polish remover is that not only doesn't it always work, but it gives off a very strong odor that is/can be harmful to you. The side effects of the fumes are almost as bad as having glue on your fingers and hands. I mentioned some of the specific harmful effects in the description of the video if you want more details. You especially want to avoid using nail polish remover on children. The method for removing Krazy Glue and Super Glue I showed in the video is safe, it always works (so it's more reliable), and it's easy to do. When you use nail polish remover, you end up having to scrub your hands and fingers anyway (or in your case your feet too). And you have to use a lot more than when you just remove nail polish which is why it's additionally more harmful. Anyway, glad you didn't need it and it all worked out. Thank you for the feedback!
That worked i had a pocket multi tool with a sander thing and that worked real well I did slow thanks for the tip i will have to get the emery board. In case i use super glue.. Again.

Gorilla Glue? You've got a problem on your hands! Nah just kidding. This should work to remove Gorilla Glue from your hands and fingers as well. Sorry for the late reply. Gorilla glue is the real deal though. Especially if you activate it with water.
I got some sticky glue on my hands trying to take apart 2 glue mouse traps and if I had known about this I would have tried. Eventually, moisturizer cream/lotion worked out.
Yes, the glue on those traps will stick to anything! I've never tried the method in the video to remove glue from mouse traps. It's good to know that moisturizing cream works for that purpose. Thank you!
I've tried nail polish remover, and it's never worked properly or removed the super glue from fingers and hands entirely. Even if it does work, the vapors from the nail polish are harmful to your body. Children should definitely not be breathing that stuff in. I don't know how long you soak your fingers in the nail polish, but human skin will start to absorb the nail polish remover and it will go directly into your blood stream. This method for removing super glue or krazy glue is much safer, healthier, quicker, and more effective.

@@efficientway yeah. Just one of those mini bottles of generic super glue. From what I've heard this type of glue was first invented to suture skin. Not sure, but must have had an extra volatile chemical in there. The bottle has lasted a long time many years without drying up in bottle.
Ok, just promise you won't use this method of removing Krazy Glue and Super Glue from your fingers and hands the next time you, or especially your children, find yourself in a situation that necessitates doing so. Try rubbing alcohol, nail polish remover, other smelly and harmful chemicals, plus all the other methods and see where that gets you.
Essentially, and that will probably remove super glue and krazy glue from fingers and hands too. But how many people have 80 grit sandpaper laying around the house? And even if you don't have either in the house, it's far easier to go out and buy Emery boards at any local grocery store, drug store, or dollar store.

Works on gorilla glue stuck on fingers too😊. 100% Acetone can work too on non porous surfaces, like counter tops but you need to let it sit and soak for a bit, then scrape it off.
Yes, thank you, this is an effective way of removing Gorilla glue from fingers and hands, in addition to normal super glue and Krazy glue. It happens to be the fastest and most healthy way to remove glue from your skin. As far as acetone, you know what else is porous besides the countertops you mention? Your skin! Good luck soaking your fingers or whole hand in acetone to remove glue. On top of that, you know how strong the smell of a bowl of acetone would be? The fumes you'd inhale are way worse than a little glue stuck to your fingers. Moreover, it would take a long time because I know that simply rubbing the glue with acetone on a paper towel does not work to remove super glue and krazy glue from one's hands. Thanks for the tip re: countertops and thank you for confirming that this method of glue removal also works on Gorilla Glue. All three types are annoying, but at least Gorilla Glue doesn't dry as quickly as Krazy glue and super glue.

I'm glad this little trick to remove super glue worked for you. The problem with nail polish remover is that not only doesn't it always work, but it gives off a very strong odor that is/can be harmful to you. The side effects of the fumes are almost as bad as having glue on your fingers and hands. I mentioned some of the specific harmful effects in the description of the video if you want more details. You especially want to avoid using nail polish remover on children. The method for removing Krazy Glue and Super Glue I showed in the video is safe, it always works (so it's more reliable), and it's easy to do. When you use nail polish remover, you end up having to scrub your hands and fingers anyway (or in your case your feet too). And you have to use a lot more than when you just remove nail polish which is why it's additionally more harmful. Anyway, glad you didn't need it and it all worked out. Thank you for the feedback!
That worked i had a pocket multi tool with a sander thing and that worked real well I did slow thanks for the tip i will have to get the emery board. In case i use super glue.. Again.

I found that putting hand loation and and shaving the glue off works wonders and is pain- and effortless.
You mean like removing the glue with a razor? I don't doubt it works, I would just be so afraid of nicking my fingers because with the glue on them, it won't be a smooth/even surface.

I got some sticky glue on my hands trying to take apart 2 glue mouse traps and if I had known about this I would have tried. Eventually, moisturizer cream/lotion worked out.
Yes, the glue on those traps will stick to anything! I've never tried the method in the video to remove glue from mouse traps. It's good to know that moisturizing cream works for that purpose. Thank you!
What I do is that I take nail polish remover and put my fingers in it and wipe it with a tissue it’s way easier ❤
I've tried nail polish remover, and it's never worked properly or removed the super glue from fingers and hands entirely. Even if it does work, the vapors from the nail polish are harmful to your body. Children should definitely not be breathing that stuff in. I don't know how long you soak your fingers in the nail polish, but human skin will start to absorb the nail polish remover and it will go directly into your blood stream. This method for removing super glue or krazy glue is much safer, healthier, quicker, and more effective.

@@efficientway yeah. Just one of those mini bottles of generic super glue. From what I've heard this type of glue was first invented to suture skin. Not sure, but must have had an extra volatile chemical in there. The bottle has lasted a long time many years without drying up in bottle.

Ok, just promise you won't use this method of removing Krazy Glue and Super Glue from your fingers and hands the next time you, or especially your children, find yourself in a situation that necessitates doing so. Try rubbing alcohol, nail polish remover, other smelly and harmful chemicals, plus all the other methods and see where that gets you.

Essentially, and that will probably remove super glue and krazy glue from fingers and hands too. But how many people have 80 grit sandpaper laying around the house? And even if you don't have either in the house, it's far easier to go out and buy Emery boards at any local grocery store, drug store, or dollar store.
