In the USA it varies depending on the state, many states don't allow it anymore but many still do. For other countries it will also vary.

Im great full living in uk, fur farms are illegal and we don't have any in the uk. Fur farms should be illegal full stop. I follow @saveafox and they have shut down a fur farm (pay the farmer) and Jessica has rescued 500 foxes from the fur farm.
