I am a chartered accountant aged 59 years. I am DISA qualified. Know internal auditing IT auditing and Tax matters. Now my son is doing MS course in UK and getting good offers from UK companies. Now I am engaged in Auditing works in India. I last worked as Chief of Internal Audit department. Can you tell me whether I can join my son there and do some works while my stay there. I and my wife are so much attached to him. My wife is 55 and MA literature. Can we attain this if she join some course there and I join as dependant. If so can I work as chartered Accountant. As per MOU with ICAEW I need to pass only two papers to clear UK qualification

You can write ACA UK at British Council in India. 3 papers you will have to pass and an online course on Ethics. To do statutory audit but you need to have to cross more hurdles
