Dr. Nandhini Karthik Director of Sri Gyana Abinayam was founded in 2010 to preserve, propagate and impact this sacred art form for
future generations. The main objective of the academy is to contribute to
field of classical dance by
performing and teaching the art to aspiring students and organizing concerts.
Sri Gyana Abinayam was started with a handful of students at her house at Tambaram, Chennai. In this
span of 13 years, she has nurtured several students. Students of SGA have performed in various prominent
temples ,sabhas and prominent Banners. SGA has completed successful Thematic presentations "Aindhinai Amritham 2020
and "Kodhaiyin Pavai" 2024 during the Margazhi season and thematic arangetrams.
