1. Have a long term mindset.
2. Be willing to take risk.
3. Be careful on money usage, if you're not spending to earn back, then stop spending.
4. Never claim to know - Ask questions and it's best you work with a financial advisor.

The title reads, " I got rich doing this" as usual it's just vague. 2nd, your home is a liability? Really, where is one live, in a parking lot? Yes there's taxes and a mortgage until it's paid off and yes there's upkeep. That's a liability compatrd to what? You dudes are SO smart that you didn’t offer an alternative to your liability home. What a joke. 3nd, entrepreneur is an overused term for "most" people who are unemployable so they suddenly become entrepreneurs and are still unemployed and not generating income. This nine minute video says nothing. Does nothing. Offers nothing. Keep it up.

I think they mean as long as your home doesn't generate income and takes from you it's a liability. But in today's market that couldn't be further from the truth. Housing has been on an upward trend. Anyone who held their house here where I'm from can sell tomorrow and be millionaires or close.
