Watching the dough making process maybe its because it's not a 'donut' dough I did not see any yeast or water being added, it's more like a fried cake... , could be wrong though
@@nataliagaleano284 Those are called Cake Donuts. Instead of Yeast, they utilize baking powder or baking soda as the leavener. The resulting Donuts will be crisp on the outside with a cake-like interior.
