Defense did a good job in my opinion. This case just has bad facts. As an attorney, you have to work with what you got! The judge pointed that she was somewhat pursuaded by his arguments. Still no bond but good try
Prosecutor laid out the situation pretty clear!! Appears to me the judge got it right (of course) 2 dead, 4 shot and positively identified by 3 different means. Looks like this time will be his last time out. He has no place in society. A danger to anyone!!
I have never seen anyone granted bond charged with double capital murder and shooting 4 other people. Time will tell but I don’t expect it. Tragic, senseless murders 😢
Why is the attorney giving the audience a complete run down of his childhood horror story? It’s all in the past. It doesn’t matter anymore. Everyone has to die sometime. His father knew that he fathered children but chose to be imprisoned. His entire life was filled with idiots. Why did he nibble on her egg?
