As utasuki272-san pointed out, this song is titled "青空の笑顔" : A-side of the single record released by King Records in Sep. '64 with B-side cover song "ポエトリー(Poetry in Motion)" The original version can be searched on the Net.
Lyric by Kazumi YASUI(安井かずみ), composed/arranged by Hiroshi Miyagawa(宮川泰), performed by レオン サンフォニエット"Leon Sinfonietta?; King records Logo sports Lion"
Other singers seems to be Mari Sono(園まり), Japanese idol-chorus group 3 Funkies(スリーファンキーズ), Akira Fuse(布施明)

Maravilloso, alegre canción donde la voz de Amy y Yumi crean una preciosa la polifonía de voces masculinas y un vídeo en el fondo del monte Fuji!.. Muchas gracias, querido amigo Sergio! Feliz fin de semana! De navidad, abrazos y besos!ღ♡💕♡ღ

You are right, utasuki272-san. Romanized title "Aozora no Egao" could be "Smile of Blue Sky" in English ?
Among the songs being sung by The Peanuts this single is probably one of the least known ones although I like this song because it's uptempo and light-hearted.
      この歌は初見(初聴?)でしたが、個人的にはアップテンポと快活なところが好きです。今年もコメントを楽しみにしております。ヽ(^o^)丿

However, as you can see (or hear?) this is live version and it seems to be performed with fellow members of Watanabe Production at Iino Hall, Tokyo on July 26, '64.
I have searched the Net for more, but could not find any detailed info on this particular version. When I find new info I will add comments.

Well, I have to go now.
p.s. thanks Sergio-san, for uploading the music with an interesting and timely background video which seems to be the sunrise on New Year's Day at Miho no Matsubara(三保の松原) with snow-capped Mt.Fuji. By the way, I live other side of Mt.Fuji. (^_-)

Thank you very much for your great information my friend, you are always welcome with your excellent comments.
If I know the singer Mari Sono by her voice, but the other group did not know.
You are very observant, the video is the sunrise on New Year's Day in Miho no Matsubara. I'm surprised by the details that you find.

How stupid of me! I have misspelled the lyricist name.
      Please correct as follows;
lyric by NOT Kazumi Yasuda(安田かずみ), BUT Kazumi YASUI(安井かずみ)
She was very popular lyricist in '60s and '70s as well as a good essayist and poetry translator. You name it probably she provided lyrics. Every Japanese, say, above 40 years old can sing at least a few songs provided by her. She provided a half a dozen with Kenji Sawada(沢田研二), ex-husband of Emi-san. It is said she stopped writing lyrics for The Peanuts after their marriage because Yasui seems to have had a crush on "Julie" (Nicknamed so because of his self professed adoration of Julie Andrews)

Wow, I have just found out that you had uploaded two different versions previously; in 2015 "Chachachá" version and in 2016 somewhat slower original version. Sorry I did not know it.
The more I know about The Peanuts, further and deeper am I amazed by the depth and width of their activities. What a duo!
BTW, I have edited my initial comment where the recording date is concerned, for I came to notice that I misunderstood the order and date; July 26, '68 to July 26, '64.
