Avocado is very versatile because it's essentially flavorless ! Just creamy and delicious, with the other ingredients that lead them toward "savory" or "sweet." My grandma loves avocado smoothies, I reckon she'd enjoy the icecream too!
You really have a great channel. Never even thought about visiting Vietnam, and each time I watch your content I'm more and more interested as you are showing your audience more and more treasures.

That ice cream looks good em. I love eating avocados savoury style as you mentioned, but a few years ago when we were in Hanoi my son ordered a "sinh to bo" and when it came out he didn't want to drink it so I had to. Suffice to say it was the best and is now my favourite smoothie flavour. I'm lucky since my wife now makes me an avocado smooth regularly and I never get tired of them.

In France we use it in many dishes, i confess mainly salted. But avocado is above all a fruit.
Personally, i use it to make desserts, meals... As salty as sweet.
In other words... It's very delicious 👌.
Avocado ice cream or smoothie is amazing. Grew up eating it decades ago !!!

It was so yummy .2 days ago ,I had an unforgetable memories with 3 brothers ,sister at Da Nang food tour .We first went to Da Nang in 1 pm .We dropped out at Con Market to enjoy local food as roll mix pork .After that we watched cartoon film .Finally we took avocado icecream at Bac My An market .This was a first time I was heart this food to combine from avocado mix icecream .But I ate it .Let try it. Oh my god perfect from inside or outside .I didn't used a word to describe this food .

It's so delicious, I just had them in Da Nang at the same market, didn't know you can make avocado ice cream. I had two of them. This market was only 10 minutes away from my hotel.👍👍👍👍😋😋😋😋

I'm from da nang love to watch alot from da nang but you the only channel have lots of vid from da nang , thanks . and da nang not only have a must dish to eat is pho , their a bun cha ca or ( bun soung) also very good to try when I was there in dn alot of bun suong on street Le dinh duong
In Dallas TX you can have an avocado margarita, avocado frozen yogurt, or avocado chocolate mousse at various restaurants! The avocado margarita and avocado frozen yogurt were okay. I did not try the avocado mousse but it sounds even better. We need to add the toasted coconut!

My favorite ice cream in Vietnam is soursap. I have never seen that flavor anywhere else in the world.
Had avocado smoothies in San Diego. They call them avocado shakes or avocado boba. Love them. Just gotta make sure they're made with real avocado and not a packaged mix.

As a Canadian of Latin America heritage for whom Avocados (in my corner of Latin America we call them Paltas) were a staple food, it is slightly shocking to me to see it as dessert:) but since I am coming to Vietnam this year I will give it a try:) now I am curious as to what TYPE of avocado it is? There are a bunch of types beyond the ubiquitous “Hass”
Avocado is so versatile. I like it in all its form and however it is made. I’m Vietnamese Canadian. I grew up eating avocado as a dessert and as how it is prepared Latin American style as well. It’s like my brain and palate switches smoothly when I’m eating it in one form or another without much thought to it and get to enjoy it as it is.

Avacado ice cream, I will surely try when I visit Vietnan. I would also try avacado cake. To be honest I have never tasted avacado it's very very rare in Indian Market. Also it is very costly in India. it cost 150000 VND per avacado.

@@doodahgurlie ya Indians don't really use avacado much, Infact 60-70% Indians don't even know about avacado. Buying and eating is far away from the shore.

@@doodahgurlie it's all because demand and supply. It doesn't have much demand. India already have variety of fruits that people like. That's the reason it doesn't have much demand resulting very people grow it.
Avocado is my #1 fruit. You can make desserts or savory food. Its versatility is endless. You will love it 😊
Best ice cream is pandan and coconut. Absolutely amazing as a milkshake.
In India we usually serve desert with dry fruits on the top like cashew, almonds, pistachio etc & fried coconut is really something new, would try it. 😍😋
A lot of desserts is topped with coconut, peanuts, sesame seeds, etc. in Vietnam. Tree nuts aren't really used now that I think about it.

Not sure if I would like or not in Brazil we make smoothies and I hated it as a child. But I hated the fruit in itself now I got used to eat now. We definitely use as desert not on food.
Don't know if I'd be a fan, but in Sendai in Japan they make mikshakes, ice creams and other sweets out of edamame beans (they call it zunda) and they turned out to be really nice so I'd probably give it a try.

Does Vietnam have any recycling facilities? I love all the thriving vendors but I can’t help but to worry about the amount of single use plastic. Already in the US we are doing a horrible job using less plastic
