    Love this! I made the Big Mac bowl last night and my picky husband AND 3 boys demolished it!! Legacy was a total game changer for my meal prep !!

    Great idea! I used to fry ground beef or turkey and chop ot finely to freeze it for later. Sometimes its easy to cut the amount of meat for a recipe in half and stretch the meat protein out for multiple meals. Definitely going to try this 😊❤️🇺🇸👍

    Love the ideas! I keep some portioned out shredded chicken in my freezer too so when I’m in a pinch it’s right there.

    Definitely cook the meat ahead of time. I also tend to cook a starch (rice, potato, pasta) and have veggies ready to go (already cooked in AF)

    Great Idea, I will try it but not to sure about the ground beef. Do you warm the beef for Big Mac bowl or keep cold?

    If you cook that all at once is it still good for a week. A lot of time it says it’s not good for over 3 days. I have problems eating something after 3 days.

    This is all well and good if you have a stove. I literally cook with only one camper burner, a microwave, air fryer, instant pot

    Once these meats are cooked what is a serving size to give you the 30 g of protein

      Studies on the effects of cooking on meat have not shown significant changes in protein value, according to the American Meat Science Association.
