Tommy did an absolutely stellar job here, he (literally) outdid himself. His old cover from 2011 was already amazing, but this is even better! I agree with what you said, Tommy always respects the original, but also adds something extra to make it his own. Fantastic!

Last summer Tommy made a video for his Swedish fans. It was a greeting for Midsummer, which is a big holiday here in Sweden. The song is in Swedish. It´s an old summer song, mostly sung by choirs, and we all know it. The guitar solo in the middle is another melody, from the summer song all children sing when the scool is out for the summer. My first introduction to Tommy was in 2011 in the TV-show Allsång På Skansen where he did a cover of this song, promoting the album Swedish Hitz Goes Metal with his band ReinXeed (now Majestica)

Disagree with two things.
1. That ABBA needs "refreshing" (Name one more band from the 70's who are played ubiquitously in bars and clubs still today and still have the cultural relevance).
2. That any cover of ABBA is significantly better than the original.
That said Tommy has real talent and his transformative covers are as good as covers get of ABBA.
