V-etar is a play on 2 words, Vetar (wind in Serbian) and Etar (ether)

It's unreleased because Serbian scene was pretty much closed for the rest of the world in the 90's with all the sanctions they imposed on us, so it wasn't easy to send demos and reach labels, etc. Also, nobody knew about this track before this, so.. :) Anyway, if some label is interested they can mail me
