- Well it’s lent, and a lot of folks eat a lot fish this time of year. Cod is on of the most common food fishes in the world. This cod came from Emerald Isle Seafoods in Alaska. They were seasoned with Dr. Dor’s Lemon Garlic Pepper, and cooked on the Ñuke Delta Grill.
