Dedicated to a friend of mine. Ricky G
He tragically lost his life to a sudden brain hemorrhage at 19yrs old. He was such a nice kid... always helpin people out... he was expecting a child in Jan with his girlfriend Emma.. It's crazy how cruel life can be..
My heart goes out to Tony (Rick's dad) and all of Rick's family.
I wish I could say or do something to ease your pain.
We'll never forget him.
I performed this song at his funeral last month.

itâs been 11 years now, and the pain is just like yesterday. miss him and love him every second of every day. his son alfie richard is now 10 years old, we all miss him growing up and being the amazing father and son he was and should be still to this very day. i am heartbroken and cannot fix myself. i probably never willâŠ. matty man, i love you to bits, i still watch this videoâŠ.. awesome jobâŠ. and the job you did at church still gives me goosebumps man xx

when I heard this song I thought it was the most weepy song in the world but .. At the end of the song is a reminder of last year's calendar .. I really remembered the world's most touching performance.

People loss friends and family every day in life , sad but we all have to go sometime . A wee scottish saying " Ye should never bury your bairns " so my heart goes out to the family of the young boy ortopilot sang for ! I`ve lost someone too and i hopr there singing along in heaven .. x
It's amazing not only how your voice sounds but the emotion you express. Trust me, this is even better than the original. You are extremely talented, you must never stop singing as long as you are doing what you love. This is an impressive achievement and I'm really sorry for Rick but I'm sure his memory is immortalised from now on. Every time I listen to this, I feel something truly inspirational, it seems to cure any pain, it brings memories.

orto i love you!!! such an emotional song, only you could do it justice! i was asked to play at a funeral a couple months ago for a teenager and his kid sister who died tragically in a fire, i know how hard it is and your friend will be so proud of you and you provided a service for your friends family and im sure they will always appreciate it
