The single leap is more dps? Also do u have to change your rotation with it?

It is up to you, low shock does more damage over time. But I use high jump one so I can save mana even might do little less dmaage

have you tried the quick prep leap attack on hallu now with the mana reductions from the balance patch?

Not yet, will try it. With fat jump one, no mana issue at all.
