Yeah, he is a direct descendent of Ywach who created the Quincy , it's why in the manga Ichigo is referred to by Ywach as the Black/dark prince and Ishida his Quincy friend is actually his cousin and Ishida is referred to as the white prince.
Ichigo's Blut vene is actually very powerful compared to other users of Blit vene.
Ichigo is a badass.
