I don't think tiamat got dirty, i mean it's kinda sad she die so fast but there explanation, in Godzilla dominion, tiamat strong because Godzilla was exhausted that time and in GxK, Godzilla got enough energy and strength and he not exhausted or tired, that's why he can kill tiamat easily but even tho timat got strong energy but still lose, idk how to explain that
Tiamat was in the most radioactive place on earth because of the solar flare and instead of allowing Godzilla it took the place for itself and fought Godzilla multiple times,Godzilla let tiamat go until now when it was too much, he even gave scylla many warnings and now killed them both for fighting him before, he evolved because of the radiation in that place
