Im going for a Masters of Arts in Biblical and Theological Studies. And i have to.take Greek and or Hebrew. Being Greek i understand the Greek better, but knowing little amounts of arabic, helps. I really want to learn hebrew and lnock out one of the hardest languages to learn!
I can say that it's much easier for me to pronounce the letters being polish as we have very similar if not the same sounds 👍🏼 thank you for great lesson
I want to learn Hebrew, too. I am from Sri Lanka, and I am an absolute beginner. The only reason I want to learn Hebrew is יהוה. So that I can learn more about his magnificent doing in original language... Hebrew ❤
Im excited to have found your channel. Like others I love Israel and want to read the Bible in the Hebrew. I appreciate your style of presentation! Its pitch perfect so to speak-your organization, speed, and explanations are wonderful. Thank you. Oh! There are so many videos. What order should they be watched in?
Welcome! And thank you. I have playlists organized by goals (reading and writing, speaking, etc.) So that would be the best way to go 😃 I also have a conversational course - learn.hebrewbyinbal.com/ And a best-selling reading and writing series - hebrewbyinbal.com/order 💙🤍
Shalom Inbal, this is a very clear and concise lesson. I have subscribed. I have lived in America all my life, and Hebrew is brand new for me. I am learning praise and worship songs in Hebrew so I have learned some pronunciation for several weeks now. Hebrew is a beautiful language, and my journey has just begun.
Just ordered the first book. My only concern was it looked really geared to the younger reader (how be it I would be but in an old persons body :) I am looking forward to seeing how it might help me on my quest to learn to read my Bible in its original language.
I am an English speaking American. In middle school they made us take three language classes. First I took German then I took French and then spanish. I ended up liking German so much I took it for 3 years in high school. Today I have lost 95% of what I learned back then. I will be 44 in about a week and a half they say your first second language is the easiest but I can tell you from experience I did not make very good grades in German class. I retained absolutely nothing from French and the only Spanish I know now is what I have learned working in diverse culture groups as an adult. I am just 2 weeks into my journey of learning Hebrew the first attempt that I made was trying to learn how to speak Hebrew through one of the language apps. I learned very quickly and I literally mean within a couple minutes of being on that app that I was going to have to know how to read Hebrew if I wanted to learn how to speak it. So I found a video here on CZcams listing out in teaching the alef bet. I made flashcards and have been using them multiple times a day. I am already beginning to feel pretty confident with recognition and sound. I am actually very surprised and amazed at how easy of a language it is to learn compared to english. I can remember struggling in first grade with phonics because none of it made any sense to me. I literally had to be taken out of the Class by a teacher aide and tutored. What I realize now is phonics is more of a memory issue than an actual language issue. None of the rules make any sense. I really have a lot of empathy for people who English is their second language. At any rate I just wanted to spill a little of my story and say thank you for your tips and tricks I think I am hooked on your channel now LOL everything you have said has been extra information that I am not getting from the channel where I learned the letters. I'm hoping your workbooks aren't too much cuz I am just a poor girl from the country. If anyone has any suggestions or feedback on free learning material I would be most gracious. Also I have been praying that God will give me this knowledge. Learning the language I mean not wear material may be obtained LOL. Psalm 2:6 says that the lord giveth wisdom out of his mouth come knowledge and understanding
Truly the wisdom of Elohim has depths no man can comprehend,Hebrew language is Devine, just imagine that the Lord God our Father’s first language for man.
The Language of God, the original language for man, I have started my Journey to learning this beautiful tongue.. Lord Jesus Christ thank you for the Holy Spirit which is my Teacher and the friend of me for eternity. The Holy Spirit will do it for me and that’s why the Spirit lead me to this Page ❤
