  • Our mind can be a bitch. If we can stop the mind chatters that's often leading us into making assumptions and self sabotaging behaviors, get stuck in our own filters of perceptions based on fear based construct, reactive habits from whatever it triggers will make us unable to just fully be in present and observe as is to maintain calmness, clarity for better problem solving and decision making.
