Yeah why did you they turn on and off like that because there are some here in Birmingham Alabama in a suburb of Birmingham called vestavia on the on the roof of a restaurant that don’t do that but there are some here behind a small string or chain of restaurants and shops in Mountain Brook where I moved to also a suburb of Birmingham and when I went to look at them just because I like that kind of stuff and fans in general I noticed that they sometimes do that I said sometimes because when I was there that time they did that but not really the other times
