  • “It’s been crazy man. The support’s been immense and running around London today was magical.”
After his epic journey across Africa, we caught up with Russ Cook "Hardest Geezer" after he ran the London Marathon.
Cook was running for The Running Charity and has so far raised over £960k over the past year and a bit 🙏
He opens up about how the response has been to his journey across Africa, how he got into running and the importance of it for mental and physical health 🧠

Did he really run the London marathon after his Africa saga. This guy is a machine. Got nothing but respect for Russ.
