i am working in UAE and i can say that mostly male emiratis are verry kind and respectful, yes they are insanely rich but they have also good heart, they are verry different with theire neighbour like Saudi, kuwaiti and many more they are verry educated Arabs.
I've been collecting watches for over a decade too! I'm up to two Citizens, and one casio g-shock. Hoping to pick up a Seiko someday!

As long as you’re investing $X in some vehicle (e.g.: Stocks) that can afford the watch, then purchasing the watch might actually be a better investment. The watch is really just an exchange of currency. It’s still considered a profitable investment. Because he’s a billionaire, he gets to keep the watches for a very long time.. that’s the only difference. Nothing prevents you from selling the watch at 10X profit. Then guess what? You have 10X more money to do something similar with another set of watches… that’s really just investing and profiting from your money.

In United States its hard to find local dealer and all watches that I ordered from China before are not 100% same as original + it takes 2 weeks to arrive even with fast shipping option. I was looking for local dealer with basicly watches same as original
