வெங்காயம் , தேங்காப்பூ ரொட்டி/ சிக்கன் இடி சம்பல் || Coconut Green Chilli Roti/ Spicy Chicken Sambal

In this video, I will be showing you how to make this amazing coconut roti with a tasty chicken sambal. I have shown 2 different types of coconut rotis, a normal coconut roti and a special small onion and green chilli roti. This roti is really nice and has so much flavour, I love it so much! Also I have created a very different sambal with small pieces of chicken. This is super crunchy and works really well with sambal. This combination is so good and I recommend everyone to try it. Coconut roti ingredients:
½ a Desiccated coconut
Plain flour - 500g
Salt
Oil
Coconut chilli and small onion ingredients:
½ a Desiccated coconut
Handful of shallots (small onions)
Some green chillies
Some curry leaves
Plain flour - 500g
Salt
Oil
Chicken sambal:
Chicken breasts - 4
Salt
Turmeric powder - ½ teaspoon
Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Curry powder
Garlic and ginger paste - 1 tablespoon
Corn flour - 1 teaspoon
Oil (to fry)
Curry leaves
Dried red chillies - 10 to 15
Fennel seeds - ¼ teaspoon
Some Shallots
Desiccated coconut
Curry leaves
Tamarind
