    Personally, I'm trying to make all of your exercices in Body Mouvement haha, very instructif really ! I'm a (middle level) Bachatero and a salsaro since 1 year and I notice that I had some difficulties to move the upward part of my body, thanks to you I'm very motivated to learn to move that part :D
    That's also very nice to have one playlist for Body isolation !!
    I'm living in Brussels and if one day you are in my place, I will glad to learn new figures from you !
    Thanks you for your intense work @Marius & Elena ;) ;)

    I feel like this video should be the first part of shoulder movement and not second part. Because we are using these basic small/short movements to make circle movements with our shoulders (I mean circle movements are made of these up&down, back&forward movements). I think it's easier to learn movements from this video first and after move to video with circle movements (shoulders part 1). But that's just how it works for me and how I feel is more "correct" order of learning. It does not change the fact that your lessons are the BEST on CZcams about Salsa from everything I saw until now. Really good job with every video, easy to follow instructions and many repeats from different angles. Happy to learn from you and always enjoyable workout ;)

      Thank you :D It is appreciated. About the order, you might be right :D But also, as you said, you can learn them in any order. What's most important is to go through them and develop body awareness (proprioception). Doing that will make you an awesome dancer. So learn them in any order that helps you best. This weren't made like a "strict learning order". We believe in learning flexibility, so go crazy with them :D
      Thank you once again :D

    Thank you great tutorials. Can you please make one about incorporating the downward shoulder pop into the basic step, as you do at time 7:53. Your feet are not visible so I can't figure out the timing.

    • @MariusElenaBachata
      @MariusElenaBachata  Před 5 lety

      Will do for sure... You can do the downward pop on 5-6 so you can rest your shoulders on 7 (but still step on 7) or for a challenge you can pop on 6 7. But i will do a video :D Thx for suggesting it.

    • @SpearfishingStore
      @SpearfishingStore Před 5 lety +1

      Thank you. Can you please give the timing for on2?

    • @MariusElenaBachata
      @MariusElenaBachata  Před 5 lety +1

      @@SpearfishingStore Sure... It's easy. When solo dancing/shines, 1 form salsa on1 is 2 from salsa on2... so that pop would go best on 6-7
      But I will put that in the video for on1 and on2 :D

      I feel you. Just remember that with practice it will become more and more easier.
      Try just 1 song per day this exercises and remember to focus. Go slow but go correct.
      I promise that in a few weeks it will be like 2nd nature.
      You can do it. Trust me.
