I am 55. I was a college athlete in very good shape most of my adult life. I faltered. I got incredibly complacent. I Knew it was time to reverse everything about my mindset and by some act of God stumbled across David a few months ago. I wont bore you with the details but I'm down 40 lbs and haven't missed of day of walking/ running and working out in over 120 days. I can not emphasize enough if you have been wanting to flip the switch on your life. Adhere to everything this man says and does and make the change.
