Sarah, thank you so much for this video. I've been watching so much fear come up in me lately around not being 'far along enough' whatever that means, and really noticing the tiredness that's beginning to arise in me, because as you say, we can't force ourselves to do anything, and what are we really forcing it all for? Ive even found myself getting caught up in routines and healthy habits having to be a certain way. Letting go and surrender is a process isn't it! I thought I'd done so much of that this past year, but this new energy is really shining a light on where I still haven't! I am so greatfull for your perspective on this new moon. I am reallly feeling a lot of turmoil on the inner plane. And I need to accept that, and make space 4 it... Without shaming myself or deeming myself lazy... I just cannot go back into the trauma driven grind. Needing to work smarter, not harder.... Cause all my emotions, and the emotions of my 8 year old, needs to be taken into concideration on a daily basis, in order for me to sustain harmony. I am re-learning how to be effective "at work"and more present " at home". (still working alot from home...)

I was just talking to my friend about who we would be without thinking something is wrong or needs improving in ourselves. Thank you for your wisdom channeling!
I just want to say thank you for being you, both here and on Patreon, showing up with your authenticity and vulnerability gives us all permission to do the same. No small thing.
I’m trying to release my attachment to my haunted house as you so aptly call it. Because of my dissociative complex-ptsd (which I’ve healed a lot of, the parts I wasn’t even conscious existed until a few years ago). But the thing is, I’ve become increasingly aware that I LIVE there too much…the ‘something is wrong’ world of my childhood.
And I’ve become equally aware that there is another world where the lighting is brighter, no ominous background music - and no fear of hoping (I concluded at some point as a child that the hope I had that my desperate attempts to ‘get it right’ had maybe worked - they never had of course, the other shoe always dropped - was what actually caused it to ‘go wrong’. A child’s attempt to make meaning out of insanity…) The ‘protectors’ are terrified of my daring to use that Aries (my rising sign. Pisces sun…) courage to let go and step into the world that I both intellectually and in my heart know is the real one.
And I’m putting a lot of pressure on myself, seeing this O degree new moon at the equinox as a portal, and also the time for me to shift into my most authentic self (I’ve realised she’s the one who’s exempt from ‘the rules’). It is positive , but I’ve realised I’m applying ‘I have to get it right’ to releasing that exact pattern!
And it helps to hear I can take some of that ‘now-or-never’ pressure off. I’m (a part is) so scared it’s not possible for me, and if it doesn’t ‘happen’ then, well that’ll just reinforce that belief and cause me to beat myself up, and also to lose trust when that is what I need most of all. Trust in Life, in safety, possibility, a benevolence.
Well, I didn’t mean to write so much but I’m all or nothing- I’ve recently learned I have adhd too, and I’m incapable of keeping it short! The alternative is saying nothing. So. Accept the shame, the fear of judgement, and just post it. There, that’s courage and vulnerability I guess!

Your videos are always the loving and calming voice I need. There’s a lot here I want to meditate more on but what I noticed is my own struggle with slowing down and the fear that seems to arise from that. I have found these last few months that my inclination to force and power through are very well practiced but not what allows soul growth. I am still in a struggle to allow that inspiration and life to naturally flow to me.
