Awesome video! Dumb question: what exactly is the trick at 1:03? it looks like a backflip, but there's also what looks like frontside rotation that then just magically unrotates? I see people do that a lot and 100% don't get it.
he does essentially a backflip but grabs stalefish and shifties the board 180 degrees. Once, he's upside down he just falls and lands as he came off the lip. So some sort of super inverted 360 cork. Pretty trippy trick!!
Like Greg said, pretty much a backflip stalefish, so it looks a little off. There are also some riders who do a certain style of backflip where it almost looks like a barrel roll, rather than a straight flip. Probably a dose of that going on here as well.

Daniel Reimers He has been seen on a few different brands since joining GNU… I have mostly seen him on bent metal, which makes sense, but also some flux, and saw a pair of switchbacks at least once.
In the very first clip of him holding his board, it’s the flux XF in white. In most of the rest of the video I believe he is on Bent Metal, probably the transfer, but I don’t think that all-white color was produced.
