Sundown NSv3 15's on Ampere 7500 Build Video

- My build consisting of the only two Sundown NSv3 15's in Australia on an Ampere 7500, in this video it was wired at 2ohms seeing roughly 4k. It is now wired to .5ohms seeing roughly 8.5-9k.

Twittyman Hentai that is fiberglass resin. The fiberglass resin is the blue liquid, the drops are the resin hardener. You mix the two together at an instructed ratio and then paint that onto the box corner and over the fiberglass cloth to reinforce the corners.

I have one RN hahaha, i bought a Ground Zero GZUW 8SQ, and i got it in my ported box to use at home theather. Only problem is that i think the subwoofer box is way 2small, when i listen to bass and mutch more. I can hear the port noise miles away. The box isnt that big. The box is 35,5cm long and 24,5cm wide. This box is an SubSeries 125 Subwoofer, the original subwoofer got blown, and the amplifier that was on it was broken. So i took and glued, screwed and taped a big plate behind, and its working good af, only problem is that if i turn abit more up at the subwoofer. It starts coming port noises at very low frequenses like 20hz-up-down! Any idea how or what the box should look like, and what of MDF plates are best "by that i mean like the 16mm and more.

Well for one t-line boxes are for sound quality more than spl and these subs are built to get pound at a low htz and handle a lot of power and for second! Bro u need to build a better box than that even the website required at least a double baffle !!! If I where u I'd do the same box just double baffled every side and triple the front then you can do your flush mount!
yeah i do get a tiny bit of flex under 28hz, i have 1/2" threaded rod for bracing in multiple spots that i put in after this video was made, but yes i should have gone with a triple baffle, i plan on building a 4th order wall soon and it's design is a 4 layer thick baffle with double layers on every single side, i learnt from this box how necessary it is
Those eyelets you crimped are solder on units. better hold and more current can be ran through. you bottlenecked your wires
