@@jaakkorahkola2430 and hes a super nice guy. Met then in like 2021 and had never even heard of them. Knew he was from nile and he was super enthusiastic about telling me about narcotic wasteland. Ever since then ive been a fan.

What a dumb statement... Who cares? Why bring Karl into this, what does "more technically gifted" even mean, and why is it a competition? Now don't get me wrong, Dallas is a huge musical hero of mine and he can absolutely shred, but that is only a tiny part of what makes him great. I am pretty sure Dallas himself would be pretty disappointed if that's what people remember him for.
As for Karl he has his own distinct style which stands on its own and the two of them together made magic happen in Nile. If you don't like Karl's playing, that's fine but there's no need for that kind of attitude. No one asked

They are both awesome. I'm just getting into narcotic wasteland I like it. When i listen to old Nile, obviously it's heavy and brutal. But there is incredible melodies throughout the music. I think that must be Karl.
