The way he said it's an annoying habit but honestly it is really not an annoying habit. I love people who try to make others laugh even a bit. He eases up the tension of any kind of environment and thus people actually feel more relaxed around him.

Honestly i don't have much expectations to Oblivion Battery. The genre (school x sports) have been explored so many times.
But I have never actually laughed out loud at anime (other than Gintama). Nothing recent is as silly as this 😂
