    Hi, I think you may be missing the point. ATS is currently going thru huge financial crisis and all their projects are stuck indefinitely which are not projects worth investing for end use or investment as well at least at this point of time. I really do not have any visibility of future. Hence, your videos (may be not promotional as you indicate) but people take on your word if your channel is broadcasting it then this project is worth to think of investing. Eventually, no matter what you say but the hit is to you and your channels credibility at stake. I assume you got the point. Thanks.

      Hey Ramesh, we do understand that. See, our Nestory Takeaways are the soul of our videos. Otherwise, location, project layout, connectivity, sample apartments are just usual information. Takeaway is the 'knowledge' part of our videos, where we'll openly say things like this project is priced at Rs 11,000/SF, higher than the market standard which is Rs 7-8,000/SF in Noida Extension. That's what we want you to take away from our videos. The real deal. Plus Ramesh, we are a YT channel, we need to keep this platform up & running and for that we need content. That'll only happen with regular shoots, so we might cover everything under the sun, but we'll always say if it's the best deal or not. If not, we'll suggest other projects in the vicinity in similar budget segment or any other useful information will always be included in our Takeaways. When you approach us directly via call, this tasteful language for wider audience can be skipped and we'll tell you how things exactly are on ground. Thank you for kindly understanding the same.       Hey Ankit, there's no mention saying old towers' possession has been given. Please rewatch the video. Official RERA dates and 'as per builder' dates have been given. These are two different things, we give you both. We don't give our personal dates in any project review, it's of no use to us.

    Pls don't promote since ATS is going into solvency. Everyone knows this now. Or you can watch your own video where you explained ATS and ATS homekraft

      Hey Lokesh, the language used is neutral. Kindly watch our video again to notice the same. “Market response” or emphasis on good location choice has been given. Please understand we are not a promotional channel. We are a review based channel, something you’ve never seen earlier in real estate.       You are right sir past 5 years i stuck in ats kabana high project and all most 2 yrs work was shut down

    About the project first:
    1. In 8 acres, you have about 15 towers. So your green space is almost gone
    2. 3 BHKs positioning is worst. In your front, you have 4BHK towers and at your back, you have ACE divino and they are very closely placed. Your view is gone and no sunlight and ventilation as such for you guys.
    3. Quality as well I didnt find upto the mark.
    4. Considering location, green area, quality and positioning of towers, pricing should not be more than 7.5k.
    Now about the builder:
    1. We all know the financial condition of ATS. Check with recently delivered ATS pristine folks. Check with ATS Rhapsody as well. They had to wait for more than a couple of year to get their incomplete flat delivered.
    2. Staff of ATS is terrible. People like "Vivek Raizada" consider themselves like the king of universe and will treat you like you have committed some crime

    ATS projects will be delivered sooner or later. I'm also an investor in ATS Infrastructure project. Have faith.

      Hello, ATS has been dealing with some issues in a few projects. Majorly, it has to do with their entities being separate now. It will be interesting to see when and how it makes a comeback(if it does).
