I totally agree. I am just watching the video for the first time and saying the very thing. It is a pleasure to see the children so grateful for the simple things in life and not like others who's world are surrounded by materialistic things. Tim and Ella I salute you both.

These kids are far too perfect. Who wouldn't wish to have kids like these ? Their sheer gratitude for the basic necessities is unbelievable. No over elaborate expensive gifts but gifts that will be used everyday. Look how happy the two girls were for a simple fruit such as a MANGO .
My sister and i were the same - dad used to bring home a crate of satsumas - what a wonderful familythey are - we all should aspire to. 💗
I'm telling you!!! These children are amazing meanwhile here in a America we are breaking the bank to get our kids expensive gifts they want and that baby opened a mango like it was an iphone! @@marnelglover5257 The real problem is with some parents and their inability to set discipline and boundaries in the home is a real problem in today's society which is leading to a generation of children with an unearned sense of entitlement who got absolutely no idea about appreciation, boundaries and respect.
It is sad to see how some kids behave nowadays in comparison to years ago we use to be over the moon for a god dam BALLON and maybe a little plastic toy. This Grimewade family is such a model family and some parents need to take a leaf out of their parenting book.

I don't want to be so repetitive, but your children are so polite, grateful, intelligent, well-behaved, appreciative of everything that they received for Christmas. They genuinely loved everything they received. You, as their parents have done an excellent job instilling in each of them what Christmas is about and how to be appreciative of and loving each other.

Our family also does one kid at a time. We do let some people go while our little brother who is blind unwraps sincerity takes him a while. We have a family of 9 boys and 3 girls, all adopted.

I teared up as I watched your children opened up their gifts. They are so grateful for what they got. Just to see the genuine joy on their faces made me cry. It reminded me of my childhood when we opened our presents and looked into our stockings. Your kids got Mangos we got nuts and tangerines. This Joyful joyful :))

Second, they always show the various activities the children are involved in which means they have outside contact hours. Not to mention everyone knows kids are like sponges and evidently they have soaked up all the great qualities of their parents. So what a strange thing of u to say 🥴
@aimee glatt You read my mind. I was raised very religiously. I've seen it happen again and again. Some children of uber-strict religious parents lose their minds as soon as they come of age. But the Grimwades do let the girls participate in dance and cheer, and Heze plays football/soccer, so they are a little open-minded. Just like any time a camera is present, nothing on CZcams is real. It's all entertainment. People who think this or any family is "family goals" are not thinking critically.
Just because you have seen so many children in situations similar or grew knowing things to be a certain way doesn't mean all children will grow up to be weird, wild or strange. I really think they are just mature respectful children don't see anything weird about this family the girls take gymnastics and Heze plays sports. The fact they don't let their children go stay over other's homes or be without them is not weird it's what you gotta do today children are being abused, abducted so much today can't be to careful, so much stuff going on in schools totally get the home schooling. They are just protecting their children you kinda gotta be overprotective today.

The Grimwades appear to be a lovely family, but sometimes the maturity level of the children seems off the charts. They could be naturally mature. It's just...interestting.

I'm sure they have their moments but these are the cutest sweetest most polite children I have ever seen they are so even tempered and well mannered even the baby. He acts like a baby of course but he is soooooo smart and he listens. You and your family are a testament to keeping good first. Seriously, these children truly appreciate EVERY gift i've ever seen them receive in these videos (like birthdays too!) and my extra favorite response was Halle being so happy to get Heze-to-Hosanna-hand-me-down earbuds. I'm use to seeing kids opening Christmas presents like nothing.. no expression or gratitude... just opening one after the other... maybe some reaction only when the present is an expensive one. The Grimwade children warms my heart and makes me smile! Thank you for sharing.

Thats how you know your kids aren't spoiled! They were more excited for the electric toothbrush than the mp3 player! Lol...Growing up in a big family we got excited for clothes for Christmas, so we didnt have to do hand me downs. Now my daughter being the youngest in the family is so sweet when she gets any present. She always is excited and says thank you!
