Bach Brandenburg Concerto No. 5

Clearly my playing is subpar in a number of places, and I was very disappointed following the performance, but there are still some adequate sections. It's a lesson learnt for me; to not sleep shortly before the concert and to do more high-quality preparation on the harpsichord.
It was a great experience nonetheless.

I’m no musician, but I have heard various performances of this piece and I think you all performed extremely well with your God given talents. I liked it very much. Yes strive for perfection in all things, but do not be too hard on yourself. Only Jesus is perfection. Keep up the good performance.

Thank you kindly - it's mainly the opening few minutes in particular where I have a few quite substantial messy places as a result of me being rather stiff. It really made me appreciate just how much harpsichord is not piano! - I found it much more intimidating because it's so easy to play wrong notes because of how light the action is and there's no touch sensitivity with the keys, which did tend to make me quite tense overall in my approach because of the worry of playing wrong notes...

On a separate note the harpsichord is incredibly prominent in this recording so my errors are all the more glaring...
