I LOVE this video but a warning for everybody, if you are feeling anything that doesn’t feel right structurally or it’s something you might have not felt before, monitor how much pain management things you need to use or take. Hairline fractures could occur from going over small or sensitive bones. It happened in my foot and I didn’t know until the fracture got worse from trying to use massage because I thought it was my muscle just sore or strained.

Just found your channel. I received a Therabody gun free with the purchase of the Tonal fitness system and it has been sitting on my dresser for about 6 months. I am going to do a 30 day Theragun challenge to see if I can improve my shoulder issues while training.

@@LauraTryUK I'm a massage therapist and some clients of mine got the theragun..but they weren't using it. So I'm borrowing it for the week and its done wonders! Definitely get the soft foam attachment and use on your face. I clenched my jaws and it was life changing for that. Look up some videos on lymphatic drainage and it will give you more of an idea on how to use it on the face.

I’ve currently got a gua sha stone that I use to massage my face.
I purchased a prime model and love it I golf a lot and it really helps with the pain in my calf’s and feet, have a golf buddy who purchased one also . Best $300 I have ever spent
I've been using a Theragun Elite for a few months. I for one, find it quite useful after my usual exercise routines (Kayaking, Kickboxing, and some jogging/strength training). I think you might want to check the guide by Dr. Jason (forgot his family name), the actual Theragun's inventor.
After I used it the way he described it and mentioned that he had intended to use it this way, I'd say I got better results.

The device massages DEEEEEP into the muscle tissues and other areas where a professional Masseur would reach. Anyone having Slight, to Major back problems, really need to give this device a try.

I think the Elite is great, it does all the same things, just doesn't have the moving arm and changeable battery.

Well had it 2 days and the collar cracked like they all seem to do. Seems to be cosmetic though. First thing I did was worked on my legs and super tight quads. Tried it on my painful piriformis muscle which was a bad idea even on the lowest setting. It’s been super tender for 3 days. Overall I think it’s really fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone. Mine was under £250 used from Amazon. Not sure about the 30 day challenge but I have a cross trainer coming Monday and hoping the Theragun Prime can help me really put the hours in to start losing this lock down 3 weight.

Bosch also makes power tools and construction lasers, medical laboratory molecular diagnostic tools, breath analysis tools, and ceramic medical tools. Go into a operating room and you'll find them using DeWalt tools to operate on you.
My journey has been similar to yours it is a fantastic product. Also used to release TMJ on myself I am a dentist. Great for lymphatic drainage on the face with super soft head.
No way! On the face! That's mega/insane! I haven't got the super soft head - now added to my wish list 😆
I've been using a face massager thing recently - I think it's called a gua sha stone - I work around the muscles that get tight from concentration - if that's at all similar?

Having to wear an FFP3 mask for work was making my under eye area puffy. I have got very good coordination and anatomical knowledge so felt safe using it over cheeks and TMJ not recommended for those with loose teeth or neuralgia. Super soft head only. Also improving my jowls. I think more uses will come to light as its use grows.

Yes it works amazing in the face with soft attachment. Felt the lymph’s move in drain in neck area. Amazing on the scalp!
This may sound weird but it looks like the appearance of your skin improve over the 30 days. Nothing was wrong with it before but you looked brighter or more refeshed.

Hi Laura, good video but please may I give you an alternative point of view from a tried, trusted and worn out endurance athlete .. I use a gun, not a Theragun , just one that wa 5th of the price. For single user it is perfect, amplitude and stroke the same, Renpho with adjustable arm that gives a similar great multi position grip for getting in behind you.
Usage : As your Garmin tells you and you'll know, one of the most important aspects of training is Recovery. As you'll also know, when you visit a Physio or a DTM (Deep Tissue Massage) Therapist the last thing they tell you is 'right, lets give that a few days and I'll see you in 5 to 7 days' sound familiar ? and then you ask if you can come back in 2 and they say no ;-) Likewise, to use a massage gun twice a day, every day is IMO not correct. I use it a couple of hours after a session after cool down on the area needed .. been cycling, quads, ITB .. been running, hams and glutes, been swimming, shoulder and pecs. Then leave it 2/3 day and go again.
For your shoulders and back stand or sit near a wall, using multi grip position get the gun into place and then gently lean back and use the wall for pressure ... enjoy and keep up the good work :-)
I don't know if my machine is faulty but there is NO amplitude. Watching ALL the videos this motion is obscured so I've concluded the machine does NOT go up/down i.e. it has no amplitude. Which makes it just a percussion gun, which you can buy for £30 or so.

Yes. I’ve used the bob and brad on my gf for a while and it helps with more than just that
bosch makes lots of things like powertools. the theragun is a glorified reciprocating saw. so yeah they could easily make this product at a much lower price point and it would work exactly the same. same with makita, milwauke, dewalt, ryobi etc... there is nothing special about this product and how it works
Bought the Pro 6 months ago, one of the batteries already dead and not charging. Theragun only give 90 day warranty on its batteries. Totally unacceptable customer service and warranty period. I got sold a poor battery. Stay away from Theragun!! You are better getting a cheaper alternative. Maybe they should spend more on the product quality and less on £M advertising.
