My relaxed hair grew like weeds the problem wasn't thst ut wasn't growing, the problem was putting those chemicals in my head so never going back.
Growing the hair isn’t the actual problem for most people. The issue is retaining the hair length. If you don’t have the time and the means to give relaxed hair all the attention it needs, then I say rather keep your hair unprocessed. It breaks less.
