And a pro tip; do these colour changes with HSL in Lab colour mode, not RGB (or CMYK). Things behave so much better when the chromaticity is separate from luminosity.
You have multiple places it bleeds over. A tip. With the selection, make a mask for the hue/saturation adjustment. Then in the hue/sat select the colour of the jumper and then change that hue. This is what we do in industry
The next tip is about doing that kind of change inside a smart object in lab mode. Also using the 2 color picker to watch in real time the HSL changes in the color,(preferably on a mid tone of the clothe/skin/hair) you can even calculate the exact values that need to be added to make the exact change. That's atleast how i do to change the color of anything to any color in... sometimes 30 seconds.
1. Pull out the photo and upload on ibispaint x 2. Add a new layer 3. Pick a color 4. Choose the airbrush and lower the opacity a little 5. Color the hair randomly 6. Now set the layer to either linear burn, color burn or multiply, just which one that looks good. 7. done!

Theres a better way....make the selection...create a solid color adjustment layer and the mask applies automatically.....change the blend mode to color...done

Better method is take the selection then go to layer>new fill layer>solid color then change the blend mode , that will give you more freedom
