Im glad that you mentioned rehab first because recovery is key. I rptred my achilles years ago and now whe i train for my vert my achilles starts to burn and i gotta back off. good stuff. good you are s spreading hope. and good tips (especially diet).
i ruptured my achellies about 4 years ago basically doing too much (trap bar deadlifts, uphill treadmill , 5vs5 hooping) ..... i now have one of those jumping machines and i have noticed that is works more of my back , neck , obliques , and knees ..... i still feel the achellies burn from time to time but it has little to down with my jumping program and more to do with the playing 5 vs 5 .
@@MrBillybathgate5 totally feel you. but a neat trc is stretching your calves, cause thats whats pulling the tendon so hard and all the 5v5 will be a problem...and nurition...i avoid alcohol and I try to eat more carbs when my achilles inflames.

First. I don't say that you should do what I'm gonna say. I am just saying my case. When i wanted to get my vert up i started doing one of the free programs i got from youtube channel. It was 2 week program i modified it to make it work for me. I added 3 km incline run and did 2 days in 1 actually it helped me much more than doing it regularly . I got from touching rim to dunking size 5 ball. BUT i got results after 2 weeks of rest and slight stretches also rehab workouts because i was in really big pain. My tendon almost blew up. Thank gos it wasn't serious. After seeing hamiltos workouts i am makin best results that can happen safely. So do as he says. I've been doing it for 5 weeks and i am almost dunking full size ball it just back rims. Wish you best gains with health. don't risk it because once you damage health it's hard to come back(unless you have mentality like Hamilton)
I did your workout routine for a week then switched to leg strengthening workouts and I can feel my very go up about 1-2 inches

Dude the very first point is super important. Ive sprained my ankle so many times because i havent waited and let the my ankle heal properly.
So it’s ok to do these exercises 5 days a week? Because they say you should work on your legs 2-3 times a week for the most progress
