zwag, you should make a teir list of all your off meta builds. like how legit they are/how well they'd do in ranked
Yeah, so many of his builds only work because he knows how to do a bunch general things which keep him ahead until even AP jarvan looks like it might be viable even if it isn't.
It wouldn’t work because riot changes items almost every patch, so whatever build he has for that current version probably wouldn’t work in the next version

That first kill on Pantheon was foreshadowing for how the rest of the game would go... I found myself legitimately laughing at how many kills you yoinked and how quickly the enemy team just MELTED around you 😭
Urgot's ult causes an AoE fear when it executes. You're supposed to steal the kill so you can re-engage with a huge CC, not so you can just run away with the gold.

The old urgot was also my fav. His Q in the old days was his E, W was barrier % with his max mana And the Q was like Ez Q but when an enemy was applied with his E his Q's follow the targeted enemy. R was "the old switcharu"
His passive used to give him reduced DMG taken from an enemy he applies grievous wounds through his E+W+Q I used to troll on OFA Game Mode, everyone picks akali, last minute I picked Urgot we got Urgot that have not received his current prowess being his 1st VGU
until I stopped playing league I loved the old urgot. The good thing was, that his E had a similar range to a fully charged xerath Q, so you hit someone with Q shortly before he got away and finished him off with the enemy not beeing able to do anything against it. The Ult was a bit risky but nice in teamfights or initing in midgame
His shield also made his Qs slow for the duration

Just a tip that it's E + Flash, not the other way around. Even if you are trying to do it over a all. The former is much faster and harder to react to

i just played a game where I did Zwag's Rammus build top and got an S+ with over 1000 armor... against an urgot! It's the biggest counter pick because they can't do anything 😂! Thanks for the idea!
I like how in the end Zwag used the hexgate twice just to straight up go back to where he teleported from xD

You know who i really miss is old sion. Q stun w shield e that gave bonus damge and an ult that was truly broken. Was like gain 60% lifesteal and a 30% aoe heal from his damage for like 10 secs.

Old urgot was so much fun, and it's 2 autos with w on then turn off, cause it does 3 autos per second at reduced, so you can do 2 quick and 1 regular in the same auto animation if yiu do a 3rd the regular auto is basically start from scratch
I believe it's 3 auto's with w. I think the 2 autos is more consistent/easier, but if you have the timing down its more efficient to do 3.

It is so hard to kill him late game especially if you take Aftershock/Second Wind/Overgrowth as your primary rune set. If you don't get CC locked you can pretty much regen after every 1v1 or 1v2.
Also you can solo baron after you get Blood Thirster.

Funny thing is building full tank With a Demonic deals way more damage than straight AP on Rammus

hey Zwag, love your videos. I think itd be fun and give potential for some real cool plays if you go ultra range shurima shuffle azir with rocketbelt so you can w,e,q rocketbelt, flash or whatever then R, with complete cooldown on runes and cosmic drive, rayleighs and whatever you want after.
Zwag you sometimes forget about your active abilities! Yah need to remember them, couple of past videos and towards the end with chogath you forget you prowler to either dodge or finish them.(sometimes when you build ghost you also forget to use it)

Old urgots E throws a poison something and whet it hits it marks the enemy so when urgot presses Q instead it will be a homing missile and his W is a shield R is just a swap with targeted enemy and he gains some armor and mr

I love the swap between view points. I have 1 less kill than the enemy team I need to rectify that. Dives into enemy team. We better watch out or we'll throw.
Post-durability update Titanic Hydra isn't actually necessary to rush. it's not as good for damage until you get BC and mythic. Black Cleaver first instead for armor reduction and the movement speed you get for sticking power is the best option now and synergizes well with the Lethality items. I typically build Titanic third for waveclear in mid game anymore, and honestly its fully skippable if you want to go full assassin like in this game. Might have done Grudge instead of Collector too, the slow can help, but honestly by that point you were killing them all anyway.
Also in terms of second max you do want E typically like you did, but it's actually best to put a point into Q at level 4 since W doesn't get full benefit until it's maxed anyway and the second point in Q triples its base damage. Very helpful early, though like you said it never does a ton of damage later in the game.

You asked what old Urgot did.
Passive reduced the damage of anyone he auto attacked or hit with a Q.
Q was a short range linear skillshot that did damage.
W was a shield that caused your auto attacks and Qs to slow
E was an armor shredding dot skill that caused you to lock on. If you hit it, your Q's range doubled and stopped being a skill shot on the locked targets.
Ult was a somewhat short range targeted skill that caused him and his target to switch places after a short suppression.

What I remember from old urgot was his Q was a skill shot. R swapped places with enemy. W or E put down a gas bomb that made your Q auto seek them and I dont remember what last ability was. Maybe a dash?
His W was a shield that also made his Q and AA slow, the E was the gas so Q would be homing.

Runes:
Glacial Augment, magical footwear, biscuit delivery, Approach Velocity (so you can go in for chain CC)
Secondary Runes:
Conditioning, Revitalise
Build:
Everfrost, boots (your choice), Fimbulwinter, Anathemas Chains, Spirit Visage and one more item of your choice.
Spell order:
Max W then Q then E
Aim is to get as much CC as possible and tilt the enemy team. You can still peel for your team since it’s Janna.

Old urgot he q was the same as he is now. W was a slow pool e was his heat seaking missle. R made you switch places. If you hit q then the his e would get double range and just snipe people like a senna with 130 souls

zwag i dont know if you read your comments, but to your "what did old urgott do" question
there is a youtuber called "cryo" (famous for thresh top) that has a video series called "before the rework" where he talks about items or champions before they where reworked, and how they changed, and urgott is one of the first he did a video on, so i would recomend to just type in youtube "urgott bevore rework"
