The Hindus were in the South Eastern Districts, currently Hariana and the Eastern Pahari regions Only the district of Ludhiana had Sikhs as the largest group at 42-44 %. But because of Maharajah Ranjit Singh's Empire, the Sikh role in Punjab, appears to have dominated.

Sahib means hardcore islamic people. Read the meaning of Sahib before commenting. In reality there were photos and idols of Hindu Gods in Harimandir. All our Gurus in old pics wore tilak, famous photo of Sri Guru Govind Singh ji famous pic with in front of Ma Durga also removed. All Gurus had wedding in front of Vedic Agni. As for your Hindu idols placed at Darbar Sahib complex, remember the British government had handed over the management of Darbar Sahib to Mahants (Hindus) who had placed those idols in the gurdwara premises to attract donations. So don't fiddle with facts and fool yourself. Please don't show a sense of ingratitude.
