I heard this on Planet Rock and am thrilled to see the rise of a full-fat heavy rock band with high British content and influence. Does anyone else think that there is a nod to John Barry's Bond genre in the chorus? It's all good though: twin lead, kicking melody line and the vocals? Damn, this boy can wail!
Ordered the CD from the website, so they will hopefully get some royalties and plan to fire up the Triumph and head to the Rambling Man to see them live.

i've listened to a bunch of their songs ..and one thing that comes to mind is that the drummer is a little too "metal" . He plays very well , obviously, but i miss the swing of Ian Paice and the other classic drummers... as this band is more than a obvious trubute to bands like DP, Whitesnake, Bad Company ,Free and such. again...amazing singer
gotta disagree mate (although it is sujective). As a drummer myself, he has got a few metal inflections, yes, and one or two fills you do hear a double bass pattern but hes essentially doing a lot of what the guys you mentioned did, but more so in a john bonham manner, so maybe that bonham heaviness is making him sound a bit more metal to you ears? hes very good though, a great groove which is why to my ears hes more heavy blues/rock. but we all hear it our own way tbh. :)
Just saw them live tonight in Wigan - they were AMAZING. Nathan's voice is just pure sex. Oh, and the music wasn't bad either LOL
His voice reminds me of Gary Barden (MSG), only with a greater vocal range than Gary. COOL!!
+faafio : Saw INGLORIOUS in Southampton last night - his voice is a force of nature live, very reminiscent of Gillan and Coverdale at their absolute powerful best with large parts Glenn Hughes thrown in for good measure. Been a long time since decent rock music had a singer and band this good - the debut album is a shot in the arm for REAL music. I don't think Gary Barden comes even close.
Good call, i was trying to pin down his voice. I didnt think of Gary Barden but it does fit! Like Gary but with a little freer top range

yep in every video the singer cares WAY too much about his hair.. hint with pipes like that you could look like a toad (which you dont btw) and girls would still line up to be with you..its the power of that voice...
i get what you're saying but people would probably just complain if he was scruffy too lol amazing vocals though, been a fan from his time on the voice :)
