This is really nice and elegant and good flow. But they have two timings in one dance and that is strange.
They have a perfect Feather step at 0.55 with normal timing, but a completely other one even extending the bar at 0.25, and they don't come back in time with the music until during the three step at 0.32. From then on it is heaven, but why the complicated start.
The easygoing character of the dance would be better with one set of timing, and Feather like they do perform at 0.55 also in 0.25.

The variations were probably there to better fit the way the singer sang those parts. It's a matter of interpreting and feeling the flow of the music/song, rather than a strict adherence to a single set of timings. Maybe they've even heard this song at least a few times before, and so know how to go along with it. That's likely where the overall elegance and good flow came from too.
