Last time Capcom put the DLC on disc was Resident Evil 7 Gold Edition.
Now Capcom went from DLC on a voucher with Resident Evil 8 Village Gold Edition, now to not even releasing Resident Evil 4 Gold Edition physically here in the States.

It wasn’t. It missed not a hero because Crapcom released the disc early and it came out the same day as the DLC so the discs had to be produced first.

What is the point of burning new discs with a "gold edition" label if the content is the same as the vanilla version?. It is a nonsense. At least can you confirm if the burned version of the game is not the 1.0, please? Regards and thanks for the unboxing.
For some reason they only launch it in Asia. From what I see, people in the West are furious with these practices and with all the right in the world, they only lose customers. 😅
@@elturro3308 As far as I know they are going to launch it in Europe as well. You can do your pre order in the major part of the game retailers to pick it up in March.

Didn’t know capcom would rip you off not having it installed the Cd you need to redeem the dlc your better off just paying $9.99 for separate ways it’s a lot cheaper don’t need a cd that doesn’t have the doc installed

Gave up on Capcoms Gold Editions after RE8. Came with a f***ing dlc code rather than the content being on the physical disc
IKR. I waited a year before buying the game physical so I could have a gold edition with DLC all on the disc. Massive let down.

Good one to start with as story isn’t really connected to any previous games outside of a quick reference in the intro. Do go back and fill in the previous story though, it’s all good.

No reason to pay $50 if you just need separate ways only cost $10

Yes you can play in any region, but DLC don't work on the NA account, You need to make Asia account and redeem the DLC code

Asian versions are always better. They care a bit more there but still not enough to put DLC on the disc apparently.

Because the dlc's are region blocked, so you have to create a psn account from asia to redeem the code of the dlc's

ps4 yup yup papi sure does. asia and europe i preordered ps4 and ps5 versions of re4 gold edition. today. from the uk. being gettin them both march 2nd. i own day one standard versions but they suffer from the pop in pop out texture issue. when going in and coming out of leons damn; inventory. this great release again of re4vremake gold edition imports. cuz im sure capcom addressed and fixed the issue. gettin both again is damn good. worth it. i think. if u live in usa iike i do papi. i reccomend the british versions like i bought. i love physical media ain.t into digital. tho. funny that here in usa they. only made re4 gold edition digital but in europe and asia u can buy it physical . kinda shame they didn.t make it physical. here in usa. its all good tho. u can always import.. @dhavidselwaxilluadhavid.
